Did you change your mind after receiving your order? No problem, you can return or exchange the product up to 30 days after the purchase date.

How do I return my product?

  • Send us an email ( and let us know if you want to return or exchange the product. From there we will assist you by e-mail or telephone.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase without this proof. If there is damage before use, please send photos or a video.

Please read the manual carefully before returning the product. If a defect is found by us, we will contact you to see how we can solve the problem. If it turns out that the problem could have been easily fixed or that there is no problem, an investigation fee will be charged. The shipping costs for the return will also be charged to you.
